Scoped first, then a fixed quote
This is the only package with a "from" price, and that is deliberate. Software scope varies more than design scope does. A quoting tool that replaces one spreadsheet is a different job from a customer portal that has to talk to an accounting system, and quoting both at the same fixed number would mean overcharging one of them.
What is fixed is the method. We scope the thing properly before writing anything, build it in milestones you can see, test it, document it, and hand over the code. You are not renting a system that only we can maintain. If you later want to take it elsewhere, everything needed to do that goes with it.

Every item here has its own page and its own price, and you are welcome to buy them that way. What this buys is one team doing the work in the order it needs to happen.
The logo is designed already knowing where it has to live. Nothing gets redrawn later because the files turned out to be the wrong format for the printer.
The same designer produces every item. No briefing four suppliers from the same PDF and hoping the results end up looking related.

Test
Full QA against the scope, then deployment. Anything that genuinely expands the scope is priced and agreed here, never absorbed quietly and billed later.
Handover
Code, documentation and accounts. If you later want another developer to take it on, everything they need goes with it.
Is this the right package?
The wrong package is worse for both of us, so the second column is as honest as the first.

- An off-the-shelf tool genuinely fits your process. We will tell you when one does, and that conversation is free.
- You want a fixed price before a scope exists. We scope first and fix the price to that scope, which is slower and considerably safer.
- You need it live next week. Milestones take the time they take, and compressing them is how untested software reaches production.
- You want a mobile app on its own. That is a separate service and priced separately.
What this looks like in practice.
A recovery operator was scheduling jobs on a shared spreadsheet that three people edited at once, which meant jobs were occasionally double-allocated. We scoped a small web application covering job intake, allocation and driver status, integrated it with the invoicing system so completed jobs raised invoices automatically, and handed over the code with documentation. The double-allocation problem disappeared because the data could only exist in one place.

No licence to renew, nothing that stops working if you never speak to us again.

All of it, at handover. We do not hold systems hostage, and you are never renting something only we can open.
Technical documentation
Written so another developer could take the system on without speaking to us. That is the test it is written to pass.

Hosting, repositories and third-party accounts are yours, so moving the system elsewhere is a decision rather than a negotiation.
