What happens if I cancel after the 12-month minimum?

Give 30 days' notice and the subscription stops. We transfer the WordPress files, source code and design assets to you. No exit fee, no penalty, no holding your site hostage.

Do I really own the website at the end?

Yes, at month 12, full ownership transfers automatically. WordPress install, source code, design files. Move it to your own hosting and we hand over the keys with a 30-min walkthrough.

What if I cancel before 12 months?

The 12-month minimum exists because we deliver a £500+ build for £0 upfront. Cancelling early means an early-exit fee equal to the remaining months on the contract, the same model as a phone contract.

Can I switch to upfront later?

Yes. After your 12-month minimum, pay a one-time fee of two months' subscription (£158) to take full ownership immediately and drop down to hosting-only at £20/month.

What's included in the monthly tweaks?

One hour per month of content, copy, image or section changes, applied within 48 working hours. Unused hours roll over up to 3 hours. Larger jobs (new pages, full redesigns) are quoted separately and discounted for subscribers.

Is there a setup fee or activation charge?

No. £0 today, no setup fee, no activation charge. The first £79 only leaves your account after your site is live and you've signed it off. Direct Debit is configured during onboarding.

What's your refund policy?

If you're not happy with the initial design concepts before the revision round begins, we issue a full refund and cancel the subscription, no questions asked. After revisions begin, we work with you until you're happy.

Can I upgrade later (e-commerce, more pages, blog)?

Yes. We re-quote based on the new scope. Existing subscribers stay grandfathered into £79/mo for the original site. Add-ons (Woo store, blog, extra pages) are priced separately and bolted on without disruption.

What if my business closes during the contract?

We're human about it. Provide proof (Companies House dissolution, HMRC closure) and we'll waive the remaining months. No one wants to chase a closed business.

Who hosts the site and where?

UK-based managed hosting on premium WordPress-tuned servers, included in the £79. SSL certificate, daily off-site backups, malware scanning and a security firewall all bundled. No separate hosting bill.
