E-commerce Launch
The store is the easy part. This is everything around it.
A shop nobody finds, and nobody follows up, is the usual way this goes wrong. So the package is weighted towards being found, being tracked, and chasing the basket that got left.

How to buy
Order online at this price
The store is the easy part. Most people who try to sell online get a shop built, launch it, and then discover that nobody arrives, and that the few who do arrive leave without buying and are never contacted again. The build was never the problem.
So this package is deliberately weighted towards everything around the store. The shop itself is built on Shopify or WooCommerce, whichever suits your stock and how you want to run it. Then the product pages are set up so they can rank, the Shopping and Meta feeds are configured so paid traffic has somewhere sensible to land, and the email automation is wired up so an abandoned basket is followed up rather than lost.
Everything in this package.
One price, every deliverable included, and the files are yours at the end.
Brand identity or refresh
£299 bought on its own
Logo, palette and typography, or a tidy up of what you already have, so the store looks designed rather than assembled from platform defaults.

Shopify or WooCommerce, whichever actually suits your stock. Payments, delivery rules and product variations configured, not left on defaults.

Product and category pages structured so they can rank at all: titles, descriptions, product schema and a crawl path that does not dead end.

Less than the parts, in the right order.
Every item here has its own page and its own price. Bought one at a time they come to £1,345, so the package saves £146. The bigger gain is the order they happen in.
The logo is designed already knowing where it has to live. Nothing gets redrawn later because the files turned out to be the wrong format for the printer.
The same designer produces every item. No briefing four suppliers from the same PDF and hoping the results end up looking related.
Identity first, then the things built from it. Most of what goes wrong in a brand build is sequencing rather than design.
How this runs.
Store live in 2 to 4 weeks, marketing set up alongside the build.
Platform choice
Stock, variations and delivery rules decide Shopify or WooCommerce. We tell you which fits after seeing the range rather than before.
Identity
Logo and palette, or a refresh of what you have, settled before the store is built so the theme is designed to it.
Store build
Products, variations, payments, delivery pricing and the checkout, configured and tested with real card transactions.
Found and tracked
SEO structure, the product feed, Shopping and Meta catalogues, and conversion tracking that agrees with the order list.
Follow-up
Welcome and abandoned basket emails built, tested against a real basket, and switched on before launch rather than after it.
Is this the right package?
The wrong package is worse for both of us, so the second column is as honest as the first.
Buy this if
- You sell a physical product and currently take orders by message or phone
- You have a store that was built but never set up to be found
- You are moving off a marketplace and want to own the customer
- You have stock photography and descriptions ready, or can get them
Buy something else if
- You need product photography and written descriptions. Those are yours to supply, or priced separately once we know the catalogue size.
- You expect the ad spend to be covered. The setup is included; the spend goes to Google and Meta on your own card, where you can see it.
- You sell a service rather than a product. Startup Launch is the closer fit and costs less.
- You have thousands of SKUs and a live feed to migrate. That is a scoped project, not a fixed-price package.
What this looks like in practice.
A resin supplier was selling through direct messages and a spreadsheet. We built the store on WooCommerce because the product range needed variations that the cheaper platforms handle badly, set up the Shopping feed, and put a two-email abandoned basket sequence in place. The first month of orders came through the site rather than the inbox, and the abandoned basket emails recovered a steady share of the baskets that would previously have simply disappeared.
What you own at the end.
No licence to renew, nothing that stops working if you never speak to us again.
The store and its data
Products, customers and orders sit in your own Shopify or WooCommerce account, not in something of ours you have to keep paying for.
The ad and analytics accounts
Google and Meta accounts are created in your name with us given access, rather than the other way round. Remove us and everything keeps running.
The email sequences
The welcome and abandoned basket flows stay in your platform, editable, so they keep earning after the project ends.

Common questions about E-commerce Launch.
Shopify if you want the platform to handle updates and you can live inside its rules. WooCommerce if you need unusual product options, complex delivery pricing, or you want full ownership of the stack. We will tell you which fits after seeing the product range.
Not in this package. We set the store up to display and rank them properly. Copywriting for a full catalogue is priced separately because it depends entirely on how many products you have.
No. The setup and configuration are included; the spend goes directly to Google and Meta on your own card, so you keep control of it and can see exactly where it goes.
Then the e-commerce website on its own is £499. This package makes sense when you also need the identity and the traffic side set up at the same time.
