Revisions & Refunds Policy

Every Luxbranding project is bespoke: designed from scratch for your business, to your brief. Because nothing we sell is off the shelf, “returns” work differently to a physical product. Here is exactly how it works.

Unlimited revisions until you approve

Design services (logos, brand identity, print, packaging and websites) include unlimited revisions. We keep refining until you are genuinely happy with the result. If a concept misses the mark, tell us what it needs to achieve and we will rework it at no extra cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before work begins for a full refund. Because our services are bespoke and made to your specification, the statutory 14 day cancellation right for distance sales does not apply once work has started with your agreement, as set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for personalised goods and services. If you cancel after work has begun, we will assess a fair charge for the work completed and refund any remainder.

If we fail to deliver

If we do not deliver the service you paid for, you get a full refund. No quibbles.

Subscriptions

Hosting, website care and marketing subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing period. No long contracts and no exit fees.
