Revisions & Refunds Policy

Every Luxbranding project is bespoke: designed from scratch for your business, to your brief. Because nothing we sell is off the shelf, “returns” work differently to a physical product. Here is exactly how it works.

Unlimited revisions until you approve

Design services (logos, brand identity, print, packaging and websites) include unlimited revisions within your agreed brief. We keep refining until you are genuinely happy with the result. If you change the brief itself (for example a new business name, a different service or extra deliverables), we tell you the cost before doing any extra work. If a concept misses the mark, tell us what it needs to achieve and we will rework it at no extra cost.

Cancellations

Once you place an order for a one-off service such as Logo Design, it cannot be cancelled, and we do not offer refunds on services rendered, as set out in clause 7 of our Terms and Conditions. Because our services are bespoke and made to your specification, the statutory 14 day cancellation right for distance sales does not apply once work has started with your agreement, as set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for personalised goods and services. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If we fail to deliver

If we cause a delay of 7 business days, or we are unable to complete the requirements of your project, we may offer a refund in these exceptional circumstances. We look at each request on its own facts, and any refund is given as credit that can be redeemed only against our other services.

Subscriptions

Hosting, website care and marketing subscriptions are monthly: cancel any time and the service stops at the end of the current billing period, with no exit fee. The pay monthly website has a 12-month minimum term, set out on its page and in your written agreement. Monthly retainers need 30 days’ notice.

Your statutory rights
