Yes. Google supports service-area businesses: trades, mobile services and home-based businesses can rank in local results for the areas they cover without displaying a home address. Setting this up correctly (hidden address, accurate service areas, right categories) is one of the steps DIY setups most often get wrong, and it's included.

Usually, yes, and it's our most common job. Most profiles we audit have a generic one-line description, one category instead of the three or four they're eligible for, no services listed, unanswered reviews and no tracking. Completing and optimising an existing profile is where the quickest local visibility gains come from. If we check yours and it's genuinely already in good shape, we'll tell you and you keep your money.

The profile itself is live and complete within 3-5 days. Movement in the Map Pack typically shows over the following weeks as Google re-evaluates the improved profile, faster in less competitive areas and trades, slower in crowded city-centre markets. Reviews coming in steadily (which the included review link and QR code make much easier) is the biggest ongoing factor.

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does, as nobody controls Google's rankings. What we control is everything Google says influences local ranking that lives inside your profile: relevance (categories, description, services), completeness, activity and review signals. We get all of it right; proximity and competition do the rest.

We set you up to earn them: a direct review link, a printable QR code for vans, receipts or the counter, message templates for asking past customers, and reply templates for handling good and bad reviews professionally. What we never do is buy or fake reviews, as that violates Google's policies and can get a profile suspended, which costs far more than it gains.

About an hour in total: your business details (services, areas covered, opening hours), a batch of photos of your work, premises or team, and either access to your existing Google account or five minutes to accept our management invite. Often, yes. Suspensions are usually triggered by guideline issues, like keyword-stuffed business names, address problems or duplicate listings. They do different jobs. Your profile wins the "near me" and map searches; your website wins everything else and is where the profile sends people, and Google also uses your website's content to help rank the profile.
