1. About us

Luxbranding Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 12281385). Our registered office is at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these terms refer to Luxbranding Ltd. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services

We provide branding, graphic design, web design, digital marketing, and software development services. For fixed-price services, the scope is the published service description plus the brief you send after ordering. For quoted work, it is the written quote. Work will not begin until the scope has been agreed by both parties.

3. Payments

All prices are in GBP (British pounds sterling). Luxbranding Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added: the price shown is the price you pay.

• Every project is paid in full before work begins.
• Fixed-price services are paid at checkout, and quoted work is paid when you accept the written quote.
• Monthly services, including the pay monthly website, are billed monthly in advance.
• Payment is accepted by card or bank transfer.

4. Revisions

Our packages include unlimited revisions and, for logo design, unlimited concepts, within the agreed brief. If you change the brief itself (for example a new business name, a different service or extra deliverables), we will tell you the cost before doing any extra work.

5. Intellectual property

As every project is paid in full before work begins, all intellectual property rights in the completed work (including source files where applicable) transfer to you on delivery. The pay monthly website is the exception: it is a subscription, and the site transfers to you only if we agree a one-off buy-out fee. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Turnaround times

Any timescales or deadlines provided are estimates only and are given in good faith. We aim to meet all agreed timescales and will communicate proactively if any delays arise. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and shall not be liable for losses arising from delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Refunds

You can cancel for a full refund before work begins. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable unless we are at fault. If we do not deliver the service you paid for, you get a full refund. Our guarantee is unlimited design concepts and revisions within your agreed brief. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Monthly services (hosting, SEO, social media, ads and content) can be cancelled at any time: the service stops at the end of the current billing period, with no exit fee. Monthly retainers need 30 days' notice. The pay monthly website has a 12-month minimum term, set out on its page and in your written agreement.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client briefs, business plans, and commercially sensitive information shared with us in the course of a project as strictly confidential. We will not disclose such information to any third party without your prior written consent, except where required to do so by law.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total project fee paid by you for that project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses (including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity) even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
