Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use our website and buy from us, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Before a page goes live we check colour contrast, text alternatives for images, heading order, keyboard access, form labels and readable text at mobile sizes. This is our aim, not a certificate: we have not had the whole site independently audited, so we do not claim full conformance.

Known issues

Some secondary text on dark sections is lighter than we would like, some older blog posts and portfolio pages have images with short descriptions, and some pages use expandable sections. We are working through these and fixing the most visible first.

If something does not work for you

Email support@luxbranding.co.uk and tell us which page and what went wrong. We can send any information on the site in another format, such as plain text or a large-print PDF, and we reply within one working day.

If you are not happy with our reply, the Equality Advisory and Support Service gives free advice on your rights under the Equality Act 2010.
