A NAPIT Full Scope, TrustMark-approved electrical contractor with a long-standing local reputation and no single place online that showed the full scope of the work: emergency call-outs, EICRs, consumer unit upgrades, rewires, EV chargers, commercial installs.

The brief

Make the phone ring for the right jobs. Show the accreditations up front, list every service in plain language, and make it obvious which areas are covered, on a site the client never has to think about.

What we made

• A fast, mobile-first WordPress site with one page per service and a clear “get a quote” path.
• Accreditation strip (NAPIT, TrustMark) and the client’s own displayed 5.0 rating placed where a homeowner looks first.
• Areas-we-cover section for Durham, Bishop Auckland, Darlington, Chester-le-Street and the surrounding towns.
• Matching print set and Google Business Profile so the brand reads the same on a van, a card and a search result.
• Ongoing hosting, updates and monitoring handled by us since July 2025.

Result

• Consistent identity across web, print and Google Business Profile.
• Zero maintenance load on the client: hosting and management are ours.
