[Your Business Name]

[One-line description of what your business does and for whom]

1. Our Logo

[Place your primary logo here — in a saved PDF, paste an image or leave this note for whoever assembles print files]

2. Colour Palette

Primary — headlines & CTAs

Ink — body text

Light — backgrounds

Accent — highlights

Use the primary colour sparingly for emphasis — roughly 10% of any layout. Ink on Light is the default reading combination.

3. Typography

[Heading font, e.g. Inter Bold]

Used for headlines and section titles. Sentence case, never all-caps body headings.

[Body font, e.g. Inter Regular]

Used for paragraphs, captions and UI. Minimum 14px on screen, 10pt in print.

4. Tone of Voice

We sound: [three adjectives — e.g. straightforward, expert, warm]. We write short sentences, avoid jargon, and talk about the customer's outcome before our process.

We say

  • "We'll have your first designs over within 48 hours."
  • "Here's exactly what it costs."

We never say

  • "Leveraging synergistic brand solutions…"
  • Vague promises without a number or a date.
